part of The Plot begins

Cycle of hybrid performances proposed by Sónia Baptista, in which the link between body and word and manifestations of nature are related to the lunar cycles, and they are presented to the public on nights with a full moon.
Considering the moon as an influential element of liquid matter present on earth, it is intended to address the themes of fluidity between thought, word and body, between idea and action or inaction, between the tangible and intangible world.

Artists, creatives, authors and performers are invited to reflect on the moon, the moon in popular, artistic and academic imagination, the metaphors and correlations associated with it and the possibilities of relating to their artistic work and creating a small performative moment that reveals the result of that research.

Crossing the disciplines of dance, theater, music, spoken word, each moment will have an associated artist who will sometimes also trigger a short creative writing workshop, designed and taught together with Sónia Baptista, associated with the performance presented and rooted in peculiarity of space, in a link between telluric and lunar forces.
